i invoiced a contractor 4 my work and he refused 2 pay me what can i do?i have some rights?
i am self employed and i did the work and invoiced them but tha contractor refusing to give my money?any selfemployement laws?what can i do 2 get my money?
You can file a mechanic’s lien. Talk to a lawyer to learn what that involves. In some states you have a limited amount of time so don’t delay.
