I like fishing for a 99. It is inexpensive and profitable. As for the time, well it takes a while, but it is worth it while making the money. If you are a nonmember the highest fish you can catch is a swordfish. Also a good nonmember location is Karamja, where you can catch almost any fish, including lobsters and swordies, but this can be good for low-middle fishing level members as well.
