You need to submit a letter asserting that you are a citizen of Brazil and not a US Citizen nor a US resident alien. Since the work is being done in Brazil, it’s not US-source work.

(If the payer tries to get you to fill out a W-4, W-9 or W-8Ben, the payer has no clue how to do this correctly as none of these apply. There is NO form.)
