What type of invoicing system…?
I once worked for a plumbing company (van based maintenance),and on completion of the work, they would type the job description into a laptop with all other relevant details, and press send.
The office at the other end, (the recipient) would then print off the invoice received from the engineer on site, complete with company logo etc, and send it off to the main contractor for payment almost immediately.
I am considering setting up this system, but have no idea where to start, or what programme/s i need to purchase.
Although computer literate, please be gentle with me when answering.
