Ok the contactors started on our roof friday, got partway done, then they started putting on shingles on saturday. On saturday, they told us they would finish tommorow (that is today) and they never showed up. There is a ladder, a bunch of shingles, a air compressor, and a few other small tools. If they get stolen, who is responsible? Its not our fault they didn’t show up today! So who is responsible? it’s their tools, on our property. We never signed anything about keeping them on our property. thanks
