Could my son get in trouble legally for this?
Recently my 2 sons and a friend of theirs were riding dirt bikes near a construction site where a house is going up. They rode in the dirt mounts and the sand but did not enter the house, just riding around in the yard. There were not any no trespassing signs up near the house. They are all minors the oldest being 16 and the youngest 12. No one got hurt, could they possibly get in trouble with the law for this? I am willing to fight this in court if so.
