WHAT IS BEST WAY TO FURTHER CAREER IN Human Resources?

I am doing a masters in HRM(cipd) which finishes in a year but I want to earn more money then HR professionals generally earn. What is the best way to go about this? Ive thought about data base construction and customerisation but does anyone have any other ideas from experience?
I am doing the masters part time in the evenings and am already in the field of HR at the lower levels but what is the furture of hr?

You may have to take employment as a Personnel Specialist or some other type of position when you enter the job market. This could enable you to develop other ideas for using your degree. Even with a Masters everyone has to Pay Their Dues in the working world and get the hands on experience before you can expect to move up too much.
