so basically i have black construction paper and i want to draw something on there i need a white color and i mean white like computer paper, i also need red that will show a bright and vibrant red on black paper and green that will also show bright and vibrant on black construction paper is there any kind of utensils out there like this?..whats the brands name?
gel pens work nicely on black paper. you can get them at any craft store. (Michaels, JoAnn Fabrics, etc.) just ask an employee which kids work best.
