For instance, I straighten every skewed picture frame that I see… wherever, but my plumb/level superpower is accurate to within 1/4″ in 60 yards. Most construction grade laser levels are only that accurate up to 60 feet. Considering that I am a construction manager, this gives me an advantageous eye for quality control.
