Laser Leveling
Laser Tools, Co., Inc. is not just about lasers—we are committed to helping you find the best deals on any equipment you may need for your construction or other business. One field in which we specialize is that of levels—you may know these as the flat, long rectangular pieces of equipment marked off with ticks and featuring a long, liquid-filled cylinder encased in the center. When the item you are working with is level, the bubbles in the cylinder line up between the two central ticks of the level.
This type of level is sufficient for small jobs such as building a bookcase or hanging a photo, but more intense forms of construction often calls for more precise ways of measuring and adjusting levels and evenness. As a result, Laser Tools, Co,. Inc. offers many different kinds of levels for all your construction needs.
One of our biggest-selling levels is the rotary self leveling laser level, which is known for its consistency and accuracy. These levers are so advanced that they ensure that both the evenness that the level is measuring is accurate, and that the way you are viewing the level is accurate. This type of level helps to decrease errors.
You may be familiar with the rotary laser level. This is usually found balanced on a tripod in construction zones. Instead of hanging something or building something, and then placing a traditional level on top to see if your construction was accurate, these levels are set up prior to building or hanging. The level then emits a thin, straight laser beam. You can use this laser beam of light to make a perfectly straight line on the ground, to align the top of a frame to hang on the wall, or to measure the evenness of a surface against the beam of light against a well. This is the main feature of the rotary self leveling laser level.
Our second best-selling level is our optical level. Optical levels differ from rotary laser levels in several ways. Whereas rotary laser levels use a laser to reveal the straightest line for a surface, optical levels use a complex system of mirrors and pulleys, which use the earth’s own gravitation pull to determine levelness. The benefit of using the optical level is that it is incredibly accurate—within one arc second! However, the laser levels can transmit a beam several hundred feet, making it the ideal choice for a bigger project.
If you are not sure which type of level will best suit your project, give us a call today at 1-800-598-5973. One of our friendly and knowledgeable Laser Tools Co., Inc. staff members will be happy to answer all of your questions and to help you decide which equipment is right for you and your project. We look forward to your call.

whats the best laser level?
You need to get a decent one from a builders supply. The cheap ones from the discound stores are not accurate enough for good work. Read the specs on the box. The cheap ones will only claim to be accurate to 1/2 inch in 30 feet or something like that. Some don’t even give specs on the box. Stay away from those. The good ones are accurate to 1/4 inch in at least 100 feet.

In by gone days all a contractor had to do was give the customer good quality and good service and he/she would be set. Then set back and let your customers do your selling for you. They would tell a friend and then that friend would tell a friend. Your phone would be ringing off the hook. I remember as an Architectural designer some days I would have up to four people wanting to schedule appointments for designs. Those days are long gone! But Fear Not! Click Here For Help
