Residential fence represents approximately 40% of the more than $5 billion total fence market. Increasing demand for residential fence represents significant growth opportunities for new construction and remodeling market segments.

Privacy fence appears to have particularly strong growth potential, as many new community plans place homes closer together, making this fence style more important for lifestyle comfort and convenience. The study will analyze the drivers and trends of the residential fence and fence accessories market by region, distribution channel, market segment and material type, and will provide forecasts covering the next five years.”

I am in need of assistance for Commercial Fence Installation. Any advice on cost per foot labor and material?

Hi there, I have been out of the Construction Business for more than 8 years. I am in need of how to estimate the cost for (this is a commercial job) the following:

Fence Demo: 6′ tall with barbed wire at top.

New install of 6′ tall with barbed wire at top.

Material cost.

Other details: this is a fence like any other that you would see around a factory in the inner city. I do not know the gauge of the wire mesh but i am pretty sure it is 2″ x 2″. Any assistance would really be appreciated. I am located in Central Ohio, please list the state and city of your location that you basing the pricing on so i may adjust the cost appropriately. Thanks for your assistance. PS- if anyone has an idea of a website I can check let me know.

Can’t you just call around and ask for “estimates” from other fencing companies in your area?

Vinyl Fence Mesh Printing For Construction Site Fences By Magic Vinyl Printing

In by gone days all a contractor had to do was give the customer good quality and good service and he/she would be set. Then set back and let your customers do your selling for you. They would tell a friend and then that friend would tell a friend. Your phone would be ringing off the hook. I remember as an Architectural designer some days I would have up to four people wanting to schedule appointments for designs. Those days are long gone! But Fear Not! Click Here For Help
