is it necessary that the contracts manager in a construction company must be an engineer , or he could be a lawer?
a contracts manager needn’t be a lawyer. paralegals can be contract managers. and the contract manager needn’t be an engineer. a legal advisor has to be a lawyer because if they are giving legal advice and aren’t, then they are practicing law without a license.
