5 Tips About Bed Caps and Bed Rails for your Truck

Is there a webstie that give projections of the raise of land value in Texas?
My brother owes land in Hays county (kyle,tx) near the construction of the new 800 bed Seton Hospital. He is ready to sell but I’m telling him to wait. Right now his 2 acres are valued at 50,000 but he is one block away from the site. So I’m sure the value will skyrocket in time but not sure how much. So is there a website that can give us projections.
No I can’t find any but you can look backwards like 10-20 years ago. Get a history of the place. Or, you can contact an appraiser and get a feedback.
